Not quite true. USMA had good teams (1990's) when the coach taught football that depended on intelligence and reactions, not pure speed. Never have been able to recruit football players who could pass or catch passes. All of the Academies do better with the wishbone type of offense.

Before they have a winning season they'll have to recruit a quarterback who isn't just a running back in a QB's jersey.
